Amy K. Snyder

Ms. Snyder represents corporate clients in a wide range of financial and general business matters.

A substantial portion of Ms. Snyder’s practice is devoted to general corporate counseling ranging from technology startups to privately held middle market companies.  She has assisted clients with corporate organization and governance issues, regulatory compliance and contract negotiations.  

Ms. Snyder regularly represents businesses in structuring, negotiating and documenting all types of financial transactions.  Most recently, she has closed commercial loans, including secured and unsecured lines of credit and term-loan facilities, multi-lender workouts, and mergers and acquisitions, including asset sales.

Ms. Snyder has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing complex asset securitization transactions involving consumer, commercial and governmental receivables.  Her related experience includes negotiating federal energy savings performance contracts and utility energy service contracts, as well as advising utilities and developers on commercial contracts, including power purchase agreements.
