Diana Fairweather began her legal career in South Carolina. Prior to joining YVS Law, Ms. Fairweather served as a law clerk to The Honorable Elisabetta G.M. Gasparini in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. As a judicial clerk, she drafted court orders and opinions, as well as analyzed complex issues of state and federal law to formulate recommendations for rulings.
